I had lived in the same house for 27 years. When I thought it was time to sell , I looked in several areas for exactly where I wanted to move to. Once I met Mr. Tufo , he knew the area I was looking in so well , I stuck with him. He also knew what I had to do to get the best deal on the house I sold . With his help , I sold my old house for a great price , and also got a great deal on the house I bought. He has become a friend , has a great personality , and knows a lot of people in the area. That has helped me get comfortable in a new home in an area I was not familiar with. All in all , an excellent experience , thanks to Mr. Tufo.

Ernie was excellent from the beginning of rental process. I had never rented a property before and was apprehensive about placing a stranger in my former home. Ernie was able to ease my mind with numerous helpful hints and reminders about what was financially responsible for me. Ernie was also in constant contact with me which was one of the most important traits for a relator. He made sure I understood the benefits of each potential tenant, and also prepared me for the possible issues that could arise in the future. I highly recommend Ernie, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Ernie was very personable, punctual, very willing to help us in all areas we needed help with and he knew who to recommend for testing, services, etc. and the vendors who he recommended & we ended up using ,were great.

We worked with Ernie over the course of 2 years looking for our dream home - and boy was I an emotional mess. We put an offer down on a house, only for it to be taken off the market a few days later. I also went through a few "oh no, that house you like so much? yes, it's under contract." Ernie became like family walking us through everything, being emotional support, sharing tips and tricks and being SUPER patient. We found our dream home because he knew exactly what I would like (sure, my husband was the main driver of the buyer/agent relationship, but everyone always tries to make the wife happy). I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ernie to anyone. Honestly, I miss the house hunting rush with Ernie and if I had to sell my home in the future, I would seek him out (please baby Jesus - let Ernie be available to me in the future).
