Ernie is a gem. As we were viewing houses, he helped us identify which ones appeared to be in better shape and better value, which was beyond helpful considering we were excited buyers. He helped us remain grounded and focused on what we really needed in our new home. He also helped us find a quality Home Inspector as well as helped find someone to plow the driveway so that we can do the final walk through. We found him to be of greater assistance on getting necessary documentation from the seller than our own attorney. We cannot recommend Ernie enough! Thank you Ernie!!!
